Mary Wendel, M.D. is the founder of the Woman’s Hair Loss Center, New England’s premier resource for the education, evaluation and treatment of women’s hair loss.


The WHLC’s sole mission is to address the unique medical, emotional and cosmetic needs of women experiencing hair loss. Using treatments including laser therapy, nutritional counseling, prescription medications and over-the-counter products, Dr. Wendel brings substantial experience, compassion and a woman’s perspective to the plight of female patients dealing with hair loss issues.
